Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use CrabCallr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service Description

CrabCallr provides a voice interface that connects you to your OpenClaw assistant via browser-based WebRTC calls or phone calls. Audio is streamed in real time through speech-to-text and text-to-speech services to facilitate natural conversation.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features require advance payment. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and service will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service, disrupt its security, or interfere with other users.
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial) without appropriate safeguards.
  • Violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Data, Privacy, and Security

You retain ownership of content you submit. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement protective measures to safeguard your information.

AI-Generated Voice Responses

Responses from your OpenClaw assistant are generated by AI models and delivered through synthesized speech. These responses may contain inaccuracies due to model limitations, audio quality, or transcription errors. You should verify any important information before relying on it.

Compliance Disclaimers

  • HIPAA: CrabCallr is not HIPAA compliant. Do not use the service to transmit or store protected health information.
  • SOC 2: CrabCallr is not yet SOC 2 certified, though compliance is on our roadmap.

Third-Party Services

CrabCallr relies on the following third-party services: Supabase, LiveKit, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, and Stripe. Your use of CrabCallr may be subject to their respective terms of service.

Intellectual Property

Updaytr, LLC retains all intellectual property rights related to the CrabCallr service. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CrabCallr for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Updaytr, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using CrabCallr at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, which will end your right to use the service.
