- How does browser calling work?
- Browser calling uses WebRTC to connect directly to our servers. Simply click the Call button in the app, allow microphone access, and start talking to your MoltBot assistant.
- How does phone calling work?
- Pro users get access to a shared phone number. Register your phone number in the app, and when you call from that number, we automatically route you to your MoltBot assistant. No PIN required.
- What voices are available?
- We offer 5-10 curated ElevenLabs voices with different genders, accents, and styles. You can preview and select your preferred voice in the app.
- What is barge-in support?
- Barge-in means you can interrupt the assistant at any time. When you start speaking, the assistant stops immediately and listens to your new input.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No app installation required. For browser calling, just open the web app. For phone calling, you call from your regular phone. You do need to install the CrabCallr plugin in your MoltBot instance.
- How do overage charges work?
- Pro includes 60 minutes per month. Additional usage is billed at $0.10/minute. You can track your usage in the dashboard.
